ABOUT US:

Serenity Soaps was developed as a small local business initially to address my family skin problems, but later on offered to the general public as interest gradually arose from word-of-mouth and from local markets and fairs.

We are a family owned business and are readily and willingly available to help others. With small beginnings a family friend sparked an interest and a desire to help her family members with skin allergies and problems, and this branched out into the interest within my own family. Together, us two ladies, experimented and developed with available recipes, but tweaked ones we thought had the most impact on the skin with the best results. Many wasted batches were ditched as we waded through recipes that weren’t ‘just right’. After the past few years of tests and trials we now believe that we have perfected our recipes to develop a wide range of skin care products that will suit most skin types. Launching this new online store provides us with direct access to you. 

Every one of our products are hand made with love and care. Product quality and customer service will always come first. If any customer has a problem with any product, we happily will replace it.

Of course, we don’t claim to have a cure-all for every skin complaint, but the products available are the best we can produce. We are always in a research and development mode, willing to improve any product.
